Prepaid Orders Only

At Swaadkothi Enterprises, all orders are processed on a 100% prepaid basis. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

No Return & No Refund

All purchases made through our website are considered final sale. We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

This policy applies particularly to our food and spice products, as these are consumable products.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval.

Product Issues

Although we do not offer a general return or refund facility, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise seriously compromised product, please contact us promptly with your order details and relevant photographs/videos.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
